Does that duplicant have a trait that makes them active during night or one that means they have to go to the toilet very often or something like that? If the toilet is too close to the rooms or something like that, the sound produced might be waking people up. I have a colonist that snores so in my case it was easy, just moved his bed away from the others and everything was solved. Maybe you have a snoring colonist and didn't realize? I made beds and little rooms for the dupes, but CO2 is stacking so much there. I use the permeable wall as a ground so that the carbon dioxid can drop through the floor. The toilet is right next to the living quarters so maybe these walls aren't soundproof? The same happens with grimmy. Even when they take a shower.
