how do i redeem my shipwrecked gift item

because when i tried putting in the shipwrecked cd code it said it wasnt right so i thought maybe you do it another way

Are you sure you're entering the code right? I tend to get the O's en 0's confused, so that might be it.

Then there's also the case that you're entering the wrong code. For example entering the key for the vanilla game but you want the RoG key.

Finally there's the possibility that your code is buggered, or already used. If that's the case, then I can't help you.

That code also only works in the ANR beta for now, if I'm not mistaken.

Try signing into the beta like Kitty said and mind typing like Fridge recommends. We got our cages, you should too. Good luck!

i logged into the anr beta and put in the code but it still didnt work

Lemme just post the steps for you to make sure you're doing this right:

1: Right-click on Don't Starve from your Steam library

2: Click "View CD Key"

3: Select Shipwrecked and Copy Key to Clipboard

4: Launch DST

5: Click the "Redeem" button in the corner of the screen

6: Click Ctrl+V to paste the copied key into the box

7: Submit

8: Profit

If you followed all those steps correctly and you still don't have your birdcage, it's gotta be a bug that'll get fixed when the devs are done with their vacation.

No, it definitely works in the regular version as well, I already unlocked my Pirate Birdcage after the ANR Part 2 update went live.

Well I actually wrote it down on something but besides that I did every step accept profit (and don't worry I quintuple checked to see if it was right)
