Anyone recommend any schema for use houndius shootius

I finally got 4 Houndius shootius but I have no idea what to do with them, I was thinking of using them to kill hounds which is very annoying to do traps, anybody have any schema and if possible with print or vídeo?

The only uses I've had for them that can't be done with tooth traps are:

a) kill gobblers when picking berries (sounds pathetic, but it's totally worthwhile and only one turret needs to do this).

b) create a wall of 3+ turrets, and you can lure anything you're fighting fairly nearby for a quick takedown (particularly groups of spiders). You could also make a wall of death by combining 3 HS turrets (one in middle, one on each end) with a bunch of elephant cacti to deal with hounds.

c) however you use them, remember that you can shoot birds for easy morsels and flowers using the turrets.

Eh, I just wall up a powder cake to distract the gobblers.  No need to waste a houndius shootius for them.

fair enough. I just find it satisfying to see them get murdered with a massive ball of electricity.

Do they prioritize the powder cake over unharvested berry bushes though?

Yes, they prioritize any food lying on the ground.  How about a compromise: use the powder cake trap, but zap them with a morning star?
