Quyzbuk
Out of curiosity since this subsection of the forum has more views than the others, has anyone had a problem lighting merm houses on fire with a torch? It seems like more often than not on (unmodded) servers, I try to light an annoyingly placed one on fire and my character says "I can't do that". Hammer still works, letting it get indirectly set on fire from something else still works, but walking up to and trying to directly do it seems disallowed. I don't think it's following physics since you can set the spiky trees/bushes on fire no sweat. Though their adhesive qualities appear a bit different. No ideas, honestly. thisbird
I wonder if that's a new change. I seem to recall that you used to be able to burn them. Faintly Macabre
I assume this is just a change made to make removing them slightly less trivial. Yeah, you can still hammer them, but if they're all still inside they come right out and try to clean your clock; if you set it on fire, the first thing they do when they come out is run like hell. rezecib
I don't see anything in the files to suggest this is intentional. Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/67746-rundown-merm-houses/#findComment-778575 Share on other sites
