PiturcaClaudiuStef Posted March 31, 2016 Share Posted March 31, 2016 Hi i seem to have a problem from the last week i always tried to play don't starve normal on lots of giants challenge even though is only deer clops there i always don't happen to survive a lot only most i survived was 30 days and deer clops came in day 28 so how can i handle winter also i freeze a lot in winter and it's hard for me but i try to manage,the thermal stones cooldown too fast and i start to freeze when the stone is yellow but as far i see the puffy vest seems to help me a lot.I need some advices because i'm not an expert but i seem to be failing the challenge often if there were 4 giants i would understand that i fail a lot but now it makes me ask why i fail with only one giant.I want to play Don't starve but at the same time to be an challenge for me but i have no Wes so i don't know how to make it hard.so do you have any tips or advices? Mobbstar Posted March 31, 2016 Share Posted March 31, 2016 If you can't fight the beast, you need to distract it and lure it away. Deerclops is the most destructive of all giants, specifically trying to destroy all structures it sees. But I think you are doing something wrong, freezing with a warm thermal stone is not normal. PiturcaClaudiuStef Posted March 31, 2016 Author Share Posted March 31, 2016 yeah i am but i only last most of the time warm when i use an puffy vest and an bunny hat too.i'll list the mods:brass lantern,crossbow,trash bin,beatrice(and i play with her),dipper pines,mabel pines,coraline jones,norman badcock,break the ice,better compass,dem bones,G,N tools,Dr wortey that's all the mods i use ,i tried lurying but it ended up still kiling me because the penguins didn't and bees didn't distract him enough should i use less mods?
