WaddleDee Posted March 19, 2016 Share Posted March 19, 2016 Seeing as beefalo can now be domesticated permanently (from what I've heard on the streams, at least), I have come up with a suggestion: names! What I've got in mind is simple - as soon as you domesticate the beefalo, a prompt for text (like signs) would come up, and you would type a name. Once you confirmed, the beefalo would be referred to by its name in commands (such as "Ride [name]"), such as how pigs can have unique names now. While this would be a simple change, it would make tamed beefalo much more personal, as well as making it easy to distinguish between multiple beefalo of the same nature. If anyone else has any tweaks or suggestions, feel free to say so! Mod item maybe? Just an extra step that'd make naming it after going through the effort of taming it more worth-while. Changed your recipe just a bit so it actually makes sense to write on it, though.
