Flare2V
Title. Can't be retrieved with trawl nets; that would place it in an inventory. Bug or intentional? Codsworth
must be a bug because other containers (not sure about the piggyback though) do float in the water Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/60684-the-krampus-sack-sinks/#findComment-696760 Share on other sites
Lacost
Considering how incredibly rare it is and shipwrecked doesn't feature glommer this is even worse.... The Sack should really swim even though there are chains wrapped around it... But hey, even gold tools swim like they are made out of polystyrene. You know physics and stuff. jacklul
Krampus Sack does not have:MakeInventoryFloatable()set in prefab file, while other backpacks do. Doesn't look like it has floating animation either (yet?). I saw that on stream, that Trawling tries tho. I've been using it most of the time for it is water proof and pack a lot more. Think about titanic.IRL gold is soft metal and can't possibly make better axe than flint. Love the game's logic. Gold is more than twice as dense than steel so there is absolutely no way how gold can float on water without a specific geometry. But yeah, discussing about gold tools is pretty much nonsense because ther is almost no logic behind them. truMadness
The idea of losing something so valuable to the ocean is a horrifying idea. One miss click and its gone forever. I think it is most likely something that's just got forgotten about. Hopefully they will change it soon assuming its a bug. I tested with putting the fishbone in the sack and dropping it in the ocean. Still sinks and I think you are unable to fish out the bone as a result.Poor Packim just floated around confused, you'll find it one day little buddy.
