If Shipwrecked will be a DLC, will you try out Vanilla Shipwrecked even if you have RoG?

Vanilla Shipwrecked or RoG + Shipwrecked?

  1. 1. If Shipwrecked was to be made a DLC whilst you had RoG, would you try out or even play Shipwrecked without RoG enabled?

    • Yes, I wouldn't want to play Shipwrecked with RoG content.

    • Yes, I would try it out, but wouldn't play it as much as Shipwrecked + RoG.

Most of us atm have RoG and I am sure that if Shipwrecked is to be made a DLC, it will probably be compatible for both Vanilla and RoG, but people who do have RoG will probably play the RoGd version of DS Shipwrecked and most of the time Vanilla Shipwrecked would probably stay untouched.

But to be sure, I will ask you (If you already have the RoG DLC. Sorry to those who don't have it, i cri evritiem); will you try out or even play Shipwrecked without RoG enabled if Shipwrecked was to be made a DLC, even though you have RoG?

I know I am not taking Vanilla and RoG into consideration as separate here, since ultimately if Shipwrecked became a DLC, there would be 4 versions of the game that you could play in, but I'm willing to bet that when Shipwrecked comes out and if it comes out as a DLC, then most people who get it will probably not play without it most of the time, so >_>

This, ladies and gentlemen, is the PERFECT example of a biased poll. With three ways to say yes and one to say no, it's a little bit harder to click that no. In the future, please, don't add a specific voice to each choice; a yes or no will suffice. If people want to further express how they feel or explain why they chose what they chose, they'll do it in the thread.

More importantly: what IS yes and what IS no?

I'm probably going to play it either way to be honest with you.  ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Where's that option?

I just woke up so forgive me if it's staring me in the face

Yes, it IS staring you right in the face ;)

Okay, fair enough.

I still don't know why would we even want to play shipwrecked without RoG if we have it... Hey i'm gonna pplay with less content, because, why not? :D

I would personally try it out to see how it functions. Though, according to the poll, many people would gladly play Vanilla Shipwrecked :p

I'd probably start off with vanilla shipwrecked to see the "designed" way to experience it, and then turn on RoG when things got boring. Since the seasons are different, do you think there would be a water-based Goose/Moose fight during hurricane season if RoG actually was implemented?

My answer is, expectly, yes, of course I'll try it out no matter how they go about it. They haven't let me down yet.

I'd most likely play it afterwards with whatever is enabled that gives the most balanced experience. Essentially, I'm going to most play it the way the devs designed it.
