Comatose
So, seeing as how mounts are going to be a thing in DST, just a few thoughts that randomly popped into my head that could be interesting. Using Tallbirds (Specifically tallbirds that you raised from chicks, because wild tallbirds would never put up with your nonsense) Would make the raising small bird system incredibly gratifying . Other ideas include possibly riding a max seized rock lobster (of course this would only be possible once caves are implemented, but it might make it worth the effort of trying to bring your rocky companions up, even though they die half the time.) RalphKastro
As long as mounts can kill riders, I'm fine with this.
Kokkaku
So, what if you mounted your friend, who then mounted their friend, who then mounted their friend, who ends up mounting their friend... What would you have then?

ailailou
Mounts are coming in the early 2015 patch. I thought mounts are gonna be implemented in the next DLC "Through the Ages", which only comes around in Spring I believe. Or by patch you actually meant the DLC? kaiwolff
As somebody who wants to raise and ride ostriches IRL, I HIGHLY approve of tallbird mounts... And yeah, it would finally give me a real reason to put up with raising baby tallbirds!
