MrNaxeros Posted December 24, 2014 Share Posted December 24, 2014 So I have joined few servers where I was always picking Wendy. Either I was the only Wendy on the server or one of four. I don't really mind having few same characters as long as the entire server is not filled with same person. However sometimes I'd like to see who are the active players playing. Just to make things a bit different. For ex. when I see server with Wilson, Wolfgang and two Wendys I wouldn't go third Wendy but maybe WX or Wickerbottom so I could help in another way. Another example would be to just go like sixth Wendy to creaty army of Abigails or maybe army of werebeavers (when Woodie comes out).Anyway, it would be nice addition and I'm sure that people bound to one character won't complain. If in TF2 people don't care that their team has four snipers and they go fifth, why would they care to become tenth Wilson? rezecib Posted December 24, 2014 Share Posted December 24, 2014 @MrNaxeros, We'll be changing the character select screen to be a more fully featured lobby screen at some point: you'll be able to see who is in the game, what characters they're playing, chat with them, and invite friends. I think I'm going to dedicate a tab to Seth's post history... I seem to be ending up there a lot. Or block certain characters. xD joke here but who knows...I'm sure Willow is kind of infamous character. Anyway how could you get on dedicated server with lets say 20 slots and with this option turned on? This server would need a lot of mod characters.
