First time i didn't know what i was doing and got 1 hit. 2nd time i was using my armor and my spear but it killed me >.<. Is it invincible?? Daniver Posted December 10, 2012 Share Posted December 10, 2012 It is possible to calm him down by planting trees around him. The number differs, sometimes it only takes me one and other times I have to use over 10. Also, I'm pretty sure after he turns back to a regular tree, if you chop trees around him again he'll pop back up. So just make note of where he is if you don't kill him It is notable that the treeguard will not attack you if he has engaged combat with something else. Getting a pigman to attack him, for example, will take the aggro away from you.
