"It is a bit weird. I don't feel heaver than normal and I have full range of motion, but I can't feel anything, pain or comfort. I also don't need to eat, breath, or blink, so that takes a bit to get used to."

(You ever been to those haunted houses that have really good decorations but not much that actually scare you but it's just sort of spooky? That's what I mean.)

The ground began rumbling lightly, the scattered bricks bouncing about.

The rumbling continued, growing more intense. Finally, after one final screech, a large depths worm escaped from the ground before them. It was simply enormous, it's visible body rising up at 40 feet from the ground. It's scales were an odd, somewhat humorous orange and yellow tint, and the lure seemed to glow a whole spectrum of bright colors.

(Oops. I was kinda waiting to see if Percy would reply or something.)

 

Even though she was scared, Clara was doing a pretty good job of hiding it. She got in a position to fight and looked at J. 

"Do you have a plan?"
