dancness Posted October 3, 2013 Share Posted October 3, 2013 I have a cave base with a ton of spilagmites and spiders a couple screens away. My problem is I can't destroy them cause I get swarmed, but I need to get past that area because I think the ruins are beyond. There is webbing everywhere so it makes it hard to travel. Anyway my question is, does anyone have any good advice for taking out like 50-100 spiders at once? They can take a lot of punishment and keep most of the spiders' attention giving you time to mine out the Spilagmites. After that, it's just a matter of killing of the stragglers. Well, you can kite them when they try to bite you. But getting that close without being hit by their ranged attack is nearly impossible.
