Spazmatic Posted October 9, 2013 Share Posted October 9, 2013 I hope there's gonna be a big dlc, which can both be bought in it's entirely or smaller dlc packs which focus on a few things(few new craftables, few creatures etc). However if you would buy the big dlc you would get a discount of the price, making it more appealing to buy instead of the smaller dlc packs. A clever market move, same as when Don't Starve went in beta and you got 2 copies of theg ame for the price of a discounted one on Steam. The price should be decided by the amount of content there's gonna be added. If there would be double the content we have now, dlc costing the same as the actual game is imo justified. Along taking the factors of amount of hours worked on it and the overall cost into consideration, so Klei nets themselves a nice profit whilst keeping the customer satisfied.
