Trapping the arthropods that would eat you and taking your sweet, sweet time harvesting them in front of the only safe haven they have in this world. Besides, I suck at combat. Not saying they are useless, just a FYI. Falling traps set off other traps near them most of the time, like a domino effect that messes with the durability of your items. I've seen it happen while trying to drain Spider Nests hundreds of times. That's what happens when they are too close to each other...I know the feeling. It took it happening fifteen times for me to realize "Oh, I'm putting them right on top of each other. I could just spread them out and lead the spiders into them." I still make the same mistake constantly, though. Like five minutes ago! I'll never learn..
