It's strange, because plugging in two Spin-Cycle circuits grants you half durability usage on your tools. You'd think the two effects would be swapped. I wouldn't even care if it wasn't useable as a weapon but the actual harvesting portion of this feels like I'm never going to use it or at least rarely when it comes that late.
