Click the smaller round blue circle on the above panel (adjacent to the up arrow) For anyone following along, to get the filters you have to click the handle on the right side The red X button clears all filters, the button with two arrows releases your grip on your current filter (by using the gray arrows you can move the filter mover without a filter in and thus have multiple filters on the puzzle) and the button with the uno reverse removes whatever filter you have grasped These make the light from the matching letter larger First step solution (only light I had on was L.) Reasoning: Book had the same 3 ring circle design as blue rectangle, so I tried to fill in the middle part with red. This will most likely be the reasoning for most of the puzzle, try to get the specified lights to match the area filled in. I suspect the purple light (A) will be hardest as it is smaller than all the others Update: It seems brightness is also a variable, and it affects how different filters work. (EX: I had a "sun up" filter, and depending on whether I had it or not my beam that went through a "A upwards angle L" and "M widener" [seen above] my light was either brighter but smaller or dimmer but bigger. For the puzzle, it did not work when dim. I now have to go to bed, but I wish all of you luck! Cassielu Posted March 21 Share Posted March 21 I found that you can enter the ruins page by clicking on the factory window, only after completing the potion, and then enter the basement laboratory page through the film in Wagstaff's hand on the ruins page. So the music door actually still completely unnecessary, at least for now.
