Im so confused Sorry if my english is bad After getting all the radio pieces, go back to the lab. There's a shelf on the left with a scredriver and a machine with two green buttons. Press the machine to open the radio panel. Press the radio parts to switch them out. Once the radio looks like this, turn it on with the switch on the bottom left. If you assembled the radio correctly and turned it on to listen to the signal, there should appear a new panel where Wagstaff gets an idea about flower petals. From then on you can open the door in the lab to advance. Finding all 40 radio parts only matters for completionism vis-a-vis the stamps in the achievement book in the office.
