I'm curious about what's going on here. The first 4 chords were taken directly from wagstaffs noise he makes when you click on the musical notes bubble from early on the night time side. I think the 5th chord was given by the note with 3 numbers on it? I don't have enough music knowledge to go into more detail but I think that's the gist of where the info came from to solve the puzzle. Edit: oh and because it sounded like you were confused on this point, the basic idea of the puzzle is that you're recording notes using the rotary dial, up to 3. Pressing the red button would "lock in" the notes you selected and you'd repeat the process of picking notes from the rotary dial and pressing the red button to record a series of chords.
