Why they are all input with the lever up? Nooooooo idea. Would’ve made sense to me if it was 10 (up), 7 (up), 4 (down) because of the lower set 3 on the note. Why does the line under the 4 mean it should be raised and not lowered (and vice versa for the 3)? Again, no idea. I honestly would’ve interpreted it the other way around myself. If you have played the note sequence correctly with the notch on the 5th ring, the door should have opened, click on it to get in the new room, and you've done everything for now.
