You can't repair the flying ones. You can hammer them.

The rolling ones can be repaired.

To confirm, cause i'm seeing a lot of mixed messages. W.A.R.B.O.T CAN or CAN'T be fought again? Some people seem to say no, but i've seen posts saying yes. I've seen the anims for the post-Wagstaff fight but I don't know if they're implemented.

WARBOT can be fought again. It respawns 20 days after fighting it. The thing I see is c_skip seems to not properly apply to WARBOT, so it gives a false sense that it doesn’t respawn.

In place of Wagstaff placing the drones, you manually place them yourself, and you give the essence of the pure gestalt directly to Warbot to commence the fight.
