We have milk in the game, so why no food involving milk?

I just had a thought, you can milk the space cows and use their milk in a water cooler, but their aren't any actual recipes that use it. No cheese, cakes, or cheesecakes. It would be a way to introduce a new late-game high morale food. A cheesecake could use milk, raw egg, and sleet wheat in the gas range. We could also make cheese by itself, and maybe use it to make a stuffed omlette of some kind, with some other kind of filler. A more wild idea would be some kind of milkshake machine, involving some kind of cream, but we have no sugar.

Ah, I just realised, we do have sugar, in the form of sucrose.

Yeah there should be a recipie for cheese in the microbe musher, then it could be used in other recipies as well. A cake would be cool too. And there are a few new ingredients in the new dlc and they don`t have much recipies outside then new cooking station.

Isn't the Moo milk very salty? I'm not sure that would go well in a dessert

It's not milk, it's malk™. Also, salted caramel, anyone?

I really like the milk and cheese (we even have brine for that) idea. Because we don't have Moo variants perhaps they could give a different resource (normal milk) by feeding them a different fodder.
