Beikkn
My friend and I have had this argument. he does not seem to believe that Moose/Goose LAID the eggs of the Moslings despite the similarities. does anyone know for certain? his argument is that the names we see in-game are named by survivors. my counter is that since Maxwell basically made and named EVERYTHING in the "constant", at least he, if not everyone would know most actual names after he became stranded on the very same island he created. Wow. This is the funniest lore topic I've ever seen. Yeah, I think the Moose/Goose laid those eggses (she tries to protect 'em, after all). BalkanCockroach
The real question is did the Moose come first or the egg? Spoiler It's probably that Moose came first since Maxwell probably made a couple then they started breeding. Also where do they migrate after spring?!? GenomeSquirrel
Flying birds can come and go as they please it seems, like normal birds and the cawnival troupe. It’s possible all of them are exceptions to being created by Max Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/154521-moosegoose-adoptive-parent-argument/#findComment-1700866 Share on other sites

EATZYOWAFFLEZ
This makes me think of the bulborb and dwarf bulborb from pikmin. While the dwarf bulborbs look like young bulborbs, they're actually a completely different species that evolved to mimic bulborbs in order to avoid predation.
