Revert the dragonfly changes

Klei cmon, do we really need the boss who inflicts themselves with a 10 second if you're dealing enough damage to be even easier. Just revert it, please.

(I meant to say "change", removing the cheese was a good change)


EDIT: This change may or may not be intentional but to clarify Dragonfly can no longer attack and move, this is what I am complaining about.

I vote for leaving this new change and also allowing lavae to destroy walls (an "hammer" statues/fossils) hence making it harder to cheese them.

People should be forced to deal with lavae in some other way than just blocking them. Imagine if you could skip ancient fuelweavers woven shadow phase, thats what we all do when we use the wall cheese. 

So making dragonfly easier to kite but also making us fight lavae for once is a good compromise for making the fight interesting and fun. Without it becoming tedious or overly hard.

With this in mind I really just want to see bugs made of Literal lava ooze through walls- so the walls will still be useful in slowing them down, but won’t completely take them out the fight!

I don't think Klei should leave what hopefully seems to be a mistake in their code, it makes an easy boss even easier. It's especially bad when it's the only enemy in the game that moves and attacks.

But hey, nothing wrong with making Lavae more of a threat.

I would vote to let people cheese, even if I don't like when people use them. I don't think it's worth the time of the devs to fix things that you can't find if you don't search for.

Idk if it counts as blocking them, but you can deal with lavaes without walls using ice staffs. They make dealing with lavaes easier and it's more fun than seeing them stay in place until they explode.

The only change I'd do is to make them die with less hits. If I remember correctly, they need 9 hits with a fresh hambat to die, that just not fun. By the time you killed one, DF sended other 2 and probably is going to attack you as well. Even in pub servers with several people fighting, two or three lavaes going around the wall can create chaos.

Dragonfly kiting mechanic is challenging but very satisfying to master. I'd be so sad if it gets removed.

Lavae are literally just "click on this with an ice staff while dragonfly is moving to the next pond". The interesting part of the fight has always been her unique method of attacking. Fighting a beefalo but every once in awhile you follow it and press left click a little is not very interesting.
