How can i believe anything now?

at firsts is weird becaise they kinda look like creepy flowers and share some caracteristic with plants like having "roots", using spores and "flowers" as reproduction but they dont perform photosynthesis, i think they dont have cellular wall(is called like that in english?) and they eat organic matter

they are basically made of protein and water and the mushroom, which is what causes confusion, is just they reproductive organ, the fungus is a huge network of fugus cells inside of the thing they are decomposing, for that you souldnt eat things that have mold, the mold is the "flowers" but removing it doesnt remove the fungus which pretty sure is affecting the whole food

I always thought about the addition of a boss lureplant that would generate somewhere on the map that when defeated would drop a seed of a "friendly" carnivorous plant to plant in our plantations and make a new type of defense against hounds or anything else

something like that

sorry for my bad english :(

Guys, I have an idea about this topic to share with you.
We know there are 10 kinds of regions that are bound to appear on the mainland:
(1) Spawn Region (2) Rock Den Region (3) Pig King Region (4) Bee Queen Region (5) Moon Stone Forest (6) Mandrake Forest (7) Swamp (8) Beefalo Grassland (9) Oasis Desert (10) Dragonfly Desert.
For this game, each region should have its own unique features and give the player plenty of interaction. So let’s analyze all of them.
First, we can find the Bee Queen, Dfly, and Antlion at the corresponding regions (4, 9, 10). Boss is a kind of strong interaction for the player. So it’s enough.
Second, the player can transform the star staff and kill the walrus in the Moon Stone Forest, can trade with PK and get glommer in the Pig King Region, can get the Celestial Orb from the Rock Den Region (If the map doesn't have a second meteorite region). Moreover, Klaus is going to be in these two regions as well (If the map doesn't have a second birch forest). So the interaction is enough.
Third, Spawn Region is supposed to be peaceful, the player just needs to collect materials here. Of course, we can also change the character here. The swamp is already dangerous enough, it doesn’t need a boss here, and the reed is the unique resource here (If the map doesn’t have the second small swamp). Beefalo grassland is also supposed to be peaceful because if we set a boss here, the beefalos are easily exterminated.
Last, let’s talk about the Mandrake Forest. Mandrake is a very important material in the game and it’s not renewable. The only way to get another mandrake is from Klaus, the probability is not very high. I have to talk about my experience before, someone killed all the Mandrake, took the pan flute, and left the game. That means it’s hard for us to continue the game, especially for the Twins, Dfly, and some other boss. Besides, I also think this region doesn't have enough interaction..
So we can set a boss to realize the mandrake regeneration. For example, if we killed all the mandrakes, it will summon a boss and after killing the boss, three mandrakes will appear nearby. This will avoid some bad guys.Elder_Mandrake.png.e994e44081ca250ea7752ac318dc12cb.png

Why are treeguards and the spider queen not bosses? Spider queen is way harder to deal with than deerclops, who you claim is a boss.

We can make a statue for the deerclops, but not for the spider queen. Well, someone pointed before, spider queen is not a kind of regular boss, maybe a raid boss.

You used to not be able to make a statue for the deerclops. They've been adding statues over time and I wouldn't be surprised to see a spider queen statue.

Ive wanted a seasons refresh to focus on nature and plant growth for spring, so if you dont properly maintain your plants they can continue to grow out of control until they become a threat. So for example, youd have your berry bushes and theyd grow vines during spring and youd use clippers to maintain them and if you dont they can become hostile and grow into a "vinecone":

a concept i did from a while ago:

These would be more like mini bosses though. I also think a full fledged plant boss would be cool as well

We already got a boss for that, its called gobbler and they will take all your berries if u dont kill it

I would love a proper plant boss.

I was thinking that maybe it might be a little too much to have a boss affected by Wormwood's plant perk, but then again spider queens are not aggro'd onto webber, so I don't see why wormwood can't make nice with a boss. Following his benefits with other mobs, it would be kinda funny if wormwood could 'harvest' boss loot from the mob, but killing it actually granted significantly more. That way Wormwood still gets to be friends but loot-wise its strictly better to still go for the kill.

Personally, I think some sort of grassland plant boss would be cool. Add a little bit more life to that area and well... its grass.
