Yes and yes.

It was a trick, and ultimately made Wolf a fraud

But hes strongman tho? How about dumbells, do you speculate that they also were made from something lightweight? And if he looks so muscular why hes faking that, they changed my opinion about him by 180 degrees, i thought he was person that honor comes first, anyways i think he understood his past, because he says money is for small men, so he prob changed to actual bodybuilder.

Read the compendium, it's explained there

He is strong, the dumbbells are real, but the elephant thing was fake, they made him look stronger than he actually was.

There is even a specific scene angle made to show the viewer that even the big dumbbell was not real. Close up that shows lines of a painted wood probably. This character trailer fits really well into reworked Wolfgang, as he is a lot weaker than people thought. Ironic.

Um idk, having a lot of lines is the usual DS style

Edit: I just remembered, he is shown later lifting that weigh in the train, so most likely real.

You understand that an elephant weighs 4 to 6 tons, right?

Honestly, with all this lore we have yet to uncover, I would totally be fine if Klei spent a year of no updates, just animations. Heck even a TV series would be awesome too.

I dont think thats a good idea, it went poorly for other games to not have new content for long periods of time.

Well tbh this answer does not safisfy me, so im just gonna pretend i didnt see that and still think at least dumbells was real

also its drawing style made so its prob just lines to make this looks more detailed.

And yes thats kinda ironic, they literally knew how he will be worse character, hes still very good for solo and both teamwork.

No i do not understand that

Are you that type of person that thinks video games or cartoons are connected to real life? Like a weeb or sum? Their world literally is 8 minutes each, maybe weights and strongness limits are different

If it makes you feel better, I think Wolfgang can handle real dumbbell that size, but they used fake one because they didn't want him to look like he is putting effort into lifting. They wanted him to lift it like it's nothing for him for better show.

Thing is, when on the train, he is shown training with the same dumbbell, so its likely it was real, and he didnt had issue lifting it either.

Like he and i mentioned before, those lines are the usual DS style.

I mean im not the only person that would watch it right? Youtube is free, they dont need to put it on tv or netflix, youtube or on klei would be still satisfying

Im not against the idea of an animated series, its just that he suggested no working on the game to make it, and thats a terrible idea for any game, not having content for long periods of time can kill a game or caused it to lose a lot of players

And example is Overwatch, that game has been for like 2 years with no new content and the player base dropped drastically, with people getting bored, take in mind most of this was before the whole controversy regarding Blizzard, what makes it worse was announcing the delay of OW2 which means even more time without content.

Seems clear to me from cinematography point. Camera is on the ground so that we could have a close up look at the handle that has wooden lines. Otherwise we have no reason to look at dumbbell and it would just disappear from scene like the rest of the things Wolfgang lifts.

I mean if you wanna get into the editing aspect, mind explain who the hell moved that handle to lift the platform?

If anything how nobody saw it? it wasnt well hidden at all.

Anyway that shot was likely just to show the difference between the dumbbell and the much MUCH bigger elephant.

How people belived in that tho, they are stupid or something? If it was similiar to our world that was so obvious no one could do that, i understand kids not knowing that, but there was some older people. Maybe they didnt want unsatisfy their children but if its reason why they started whistle on him

Gladly. I wanted to add that but thought it's off topic. My theory is that there is a man with trapdoor inside of staircase.

Anyways, if people still think it's not wooden I don't really mind. Makes no difference to me. Feel free to think what you want. I want to think that Wolfgang was originally being legit lifter but people got bored pretty quickly so the circus owner forced him to fake his performance.

I mean this game was boring with events too, it was less nerdy and less complicated lol with better graphics, less characters same similiar gameplay every time, it was obviously going to fall on knees after couple of years

I mean, the handle is OUTSIDE the thing, in plain view.

That was largely cause the updates on the game slowed down when Forge and Gorge where happening.
