Hambat honestly would be the absolute worse weapon to add to Terraria.

Majority of "True melee" weapons are trash tier in Terraria compared to projectile melees, flails and yoyos which are overally a lot better and safer to use than your typical swing and stabby weapons :P

So unless we can throw it and it's projectile pierces through enemies or its a summon weapon that summons Pigman minion

I'd rather keep the Hambat out of Terraria.

Codex umbra summon weapon would be cool. Make shadow clones of the player that do melee damage.

Trident and alarming clock would be fun to use, trident dealing more dmg when sea biome and clock dealing more dmg when low hp

Terraria is just murder murder murder .. loot .. murder some more .. occassionally build something while avoiding getting murdered.

Terraria is basically omnicide simulator with sandbox elements.

One way or another if Deerclops is an event boss it will revolve around killing waves of enemies then the boss. Like every other event in Terraria with only difference that you won't need to defend anything ... except your own life ofc

Alternatively it might be just a summonable boss and not an event boss.
