Can we make bone armor more reliable by removing the cd and reduce the number of maximum hits (16) to something like 10 and charges count (4 hit for nightmarefuel) into 2 hit per charges, or just nerf it a bit more but remove the cd on the armor cause we really love this thing but the cd makes it really mostly situational.

except for few situation i only use 1 bone armor, isnt situational and you can use more than one since they dont share CD

yeah I just prefer a cool armor with more reliability but it still falls to what people wants, i know about the double bone armor swapping, but I kind of just want to be able to use it against 40+ frogs in spring to avoid stun lock, and yeah ik the crown fix it but I'm being simply greedy because the bone armor is already awesome, it can be easily better than all other armor but I can just stand it's one weakness xP. Anyway thanks for replying, and if people think the bone armor is cool the way it is then I gladly accept because people knows more than me tbh.

i get it but i dont think that an item that alows holding F to deal with multiple enemies fits in dst since it was always a question of strategy

edit: the stunlock protection is already pretty good. I guess you are looking for something similar to the vortex coat from ds hamlet

Speaking of bone armor, I think it'd be pretty cool if its cooldown was visualized like with Wanda's watches.

If you want more reliable armor there's always literally every single other armor in the entire game. They all function identically sans number differences. The bone armor is the only armor with a unique method of defense, I wouldn't want that taken away just so it's more "reliable". Pair it with a helmet if you want, since the bone armor should be blocking most attacks you can use helmets you might normally deem too expensive or weak such as the bee queen crown.

it's the most interesting and unique armor in the game. Almost all enemies in dont starve have slow attacks so its never not useful.

If anything, make multiple bone armors inherit the same cd.

no, it's one of the few items ingame that rewards skill.

the only weakness to Bone Armor is dealing with multiple enemies and enemies with fast attacks, otherwise it's absolutely powerful (Level 3 Rook/Bishop is a literal joke as long as you have nightmare fuel to keep up your armor). If you want to tank a horde of enemies like hounds or spiders use other armors instead.
