Sasza22 Posted March 1, 2021 Share Posted March 1, 2021 No word from Klei but there might be problems implementing those. A regular liquid pipe can only hold the amount a single pump puts through. To have a more efficient pump we`d need a bigger pipe or it would have to fill multiple pipes at once (that`s a lot of pipe spaghetti). Gas pipes can hold 2 pumps worth of gas so there is room for a stronger one but here we might end with it creating vacuum around itself as gasses don`t move that fast in ONI. I`m not sure if there are mods for bigger pipes though. Alfons100 Posted March 1, 2021 Share Posted March 1, 2021 I had the idea for Heavi-pipes, similar to Heavi-watt where they're made for really large quantities but in turn have bad decor. I imagine that Heavi-pipes needs a special pump, and the pipes themselves are entire tiles you can walk on. So they're much harder to build with. It seems that they have changed the way pipes work and adding new pressurised / industrial pipe types is a bit more challenging.
