Hey granny you're invincible, why don't you go fight the big evil instead of leaving it to the people that can actually die? The cruel questline idea is a bit much, though. She's not invincible. She wants heavy fish since she's incompetant. She makes you go on a quest of friendship if you can offer her big fish.
