What kind of scenarios would you like to have in game?

Current main scenario give us a lot of fun. But I wonder what other scenarios would you like to see in game?

  1. You start on the planet but after some cycles asteroids starts to fall (you have countdown do go underground after which all life on surface will be destroyed.
  2. Option to play original humans, less strength, less heat tolerance - true challenge!
  3. Crash landed ship with no printing pod. First you need to fix rocket then you can explore other asteroids for other survivors.
  4. Build multiple colonies at the same time.
  5. More of exploded earth lore or even exploration!

Any other cool ideas? Give a brief summary in points :)

I imagine a special challenge map where you got to complete certain tasks to progress. Like pump out water out of an area, deliver a certain amount of resources, build certain buildings in a chlorine filled room. After each challenge more parts of the map would open. The final challenge would take you to a new map with more difficult tasks.

Contraption Maker meets ONI? I'm down. 

I thought about map containing special biomes which has their border consisting mostly from neutronium, with a few non-neutronium "entrances". The biome is occupied with indestrictible structure - basically a labyrinth that consists from multiple rooms.

Each door requires a special code (delivered via one or multiple 4-bit logic wires) and/or a special fuel to be delivered in order to be oppened. Each room itself contains hints on what fuel is required, which of the next doors leads toward the end of a labyrinth and how to produce the correct signal/signal sequince to get that door opened.

Such labyrinth may not necesserally yield a good reward in term of resources, but it could be a lore-rich location. 

The idea is that existence of that area does not force you to play differently, but solving it's challenge should require a to set up a lot weird production chains and complex logic schemes.

If you want surface destruction, play the Cosmic Upgrade version, it was the hell. :p

About the subject, I'd like specific objectives for each asteroid to have an adventure mode like in Don't Starve.
