Need feedback/advice on my textures

My ugly texture for custom char (Evil) Rey from Star Wars. 

Black eyes don't really fit-in DS style. DS style eyes seem off. IDK how to make it better.

3rd version with less grey-ish details.

You can try to make bigger black eyes with shadows under them.

I was just gonna say, perhaps some colors would be good. If she's evil, then perhaps a dark red for here irises and just black for pupils and the parts that are usually white. I dunno. This Google search gives a whole lot of great images for inspiration (click the "Images" tab), even without using colors.
