He didn't benefit from the latest Hallowed night and Contender expansions since he already had those skins. He already has 6/10 net chance and realistically it's better than that since it's unlikely that they'd give all DLC characters skins at the same time. Probably the priming will go something like this: Characters who don't have hallowed nights or contender skins (Woodie, Wormwood, Wurt) -> Characters without snowfallen that didn't get a new skin in latest hallowed night and contender packs (Wes) -> Non DLC characters without snowfallen skins (WX-78, Maxwel, Wigfrid, Winona, Warly) -> other DLC characters (Wortox, Wurt). Not sure if Wurt is very likely to get one because she has no new skins or wouldn't get one because she's really new and Warly/Wortox would take her place in the queue.
