Sunless Sea - Seafaring Only Survival [possible mod proposal]

If you played Sunless Sea game, you will get the theme.

Dark twist of DST survival with boats.

1) worldgen is changed to small islands, no big continent. One or two biomes per island, SW style.

2) It's impossible to build most strutures on ground, player can place structures only on boats. Thus ashore base is not an option.

3) Players start with boat kits and some seafaring recipes unlocked (oars).

4) World day/night cycle is changed to (nearly) eternal night. There are short dusks (like 1/10 dusk 9/10 night) during most seasons, sun will sometimes rize during summer. Eternal night starts at day 10, so players have a bit of time to gather resourses at 1st island.

Hm, almost makes me wonder if it would be possible to put an ocean in the caves. I've never messed with the world gen though and honestly wouldn't know where to start.

it's possible to move cave biomes to surface
