4 Da LOLs Posted June 9, 2019 Share Posted June 9, 2019 He is really not good like the Woodie of Hamlet "his shamlet mask can be used as a infinite bandits mask" so can Wilba and she doesn't need to fill the most important slot in Hamlet for it "you can farm the silk for onics on the royal pig island" do you ever need more onics? "he can farm monster meat with spiders" you can farm weevoles and vampire bats and dung beetles and they also drop more widely used materials such as exoskeleton flint poop rocks idols and pig skin? he has to keep on his mask even when the seasons make it painful to do so such as both of them Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Hx380 Posted June 9, 2019 Share Posted June 9, 2019 It's not like he has to use the mask outside of the city. You pretty much only need the mask when the guards are near. Wilba doesn't have to use the mask at all since thats her perk. But any other character does.. So whats the point here? More oincs = more gold, hats, weapons or whatever. (The game is balanced around living only in hamlet so skyworthy doesn't count) Spiders also drop silk and glands which can also be sold. Also spiders respawn faster than dung beetles and in bigger numbers. Yes you can farm weevoles..but why? They are nearly useless aside from some cooked food. Alexias Posted June 9, 2019 Share Posted June 9, 2019 What make him bad in hamlet? - If you don’t want to wear shamlet mask 24/7 then build a base outside the city and build shanter there, only go to the city when you want something from there. -You can make spider den there to defend yourself against bats and farm pig guard hallberd. -Easy food and silk. That's supposed to be one of Webber's cons in Hamlet. He trades his biggest con, the fact, that he's a monster and thus being attacked by pigs, pogs, etc. for his head slot, which gives him a movement penalty during fog. And you aren't forced to accept this trade, you can always drop your disguise to get your movement speed back. If you neither want to loose your disguise nor want to get a movement speed penalty, then you'll have to plan ahead and get out of the city before fog comes, or hide yourself in a building till fog disappears to avoid being attacked by pig guards. If your egg is still on lvl 1 then most likely you are so early on that you don't even need help with the bats. You don't even have to put on the mask if your only goal is to run around the guards so that they can take care of fighting since they will aggro anyway.
