We can just have some training facilities, examples: Bodybuilding/weightlifting facility - speeds up strength gains, speeds up stamina loss, oxygen and calorie consumption (imaging you dupe trying !and hilariously failing! to lift some weights ). Treadmill... you got the picture) Hells related machines, like 'tan lights' or 'diving tank', can give temporary buffs, for example sun resistance, temporary version of diver's lungs. Build a number of training machines plus a massage table in a room, let dupe train for a while and dupe will gain perk/buff 'healthy' for duration of couple cycles which reduces recovery from illness or/and temporary increases immunity e t c... There can be other exercises that give permanent boosts (fighters that constantly endure hits get their bones covered by 'hardenings', so dupes can have max health boost/resistance in similar way from a machine) Maintain a perk/buff by training regularly but at reduced rate then the one to gain perk, example: dive tank once in three cycles, or for very short period, like one time frame a cycle so that you can't get all the perks/buffs, because it is too time consuming to maintain those (dupe literally will have to do only training). Duration of shedule's timeframe is not much per one perk/buff, but becomes significant time to maintain for couple. There can be an alternate limitation: if you overwork/overtrain your dupe it can get a debuff like 'strained muscles' or 'exhaustion' e t c. This way it becomes drastically different approach to vaccinator (buildable, time consuming and weak/temporary instead of spawned, single use but permanent), and very easy to balance.
