lag when construting a liquid pipe

This happens when your pipe network grows up. I think the same like Kitten, the game would recalculate the flow of all pipe segments and that freezes the game.

If you deconstruct many pipes and the flow system is smaller, the recalculating is back intime.

In this state of ONI, its the best you build effective and small pipe (and automation) systems. For example, something like water cooling with wheezeworts needs many performance.
