Cipupec2
I want to setup a heat exchanger between two rooms, which are too far to use tempshift and metal tiles. I think the only option left to me is radiant pipe "radiator", the question is't better to use water pipes or air pipes (and with what liquid/gas) ? SackMaggie
Best is to use tempshift(Diamond or Gold) + gas pipe (Hydrogen,Gold) + liquid pipe(polluted water, gold) and inside hydrogen room + wheezwort or that big thing. Your answer will be liquid because it can hold 10Kg/s instead of 1Kg/s. You can do the math for which one is better but I'll use both if I need to. Yoma_Nosme
I would say it depends on the size of the rooms and the temperature difference you want to achieve. I think best in slot would be probably petroleum with some radiant metal tiles. Wolframite would be best but it's to costly. Use copper or iron but otherwise any radiant pipe with high thermal connectivity and low specific heat. Instead of petroleum take water or p-water if the temperature your working with is allowing it. Please post a screenshot if you can. Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/95198-best-radiator-materials/#findComment-1081275 Share on other sites
FIXBUGFIXBUGFIX
Liquid pipe. Polluted water (high heat capacity) / Petroleum (large temperature range) Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/95198-best-radiator-materials/#findComment-1081276 Share on other sites

Gurgel
Liquid, 20x more movement of heat for the same energy. Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/95198-best-radiator-materials/#findComment-1081416 Share on other sites
