Slaughter pacus for a full ration of raw fish (1600 cal), new plant breeding mechanics, Milk, a new critter to produce milk, and your well on your way. Plants that could be bred.

Thimble reed + Sleet Wheat or Mealwood = Some sort of rice plant

Bristle blossom + Pincha Pepperplant = An upside down tomato plant

Sleet Wheat + Mealwood = a general grain as sleet wheat fill in

The rice plant could produce like 2 kg of rice (800 cal +0) every 2.5 cycles

The tomato plant could make 4 tomato like things (1000 cal +2) every 6 cycles or so

The General grain or wheat could be harvested for 15 kg of the grain every 10.5 cycles

Then recipes

Pasta: 3 grains 1 tomato like fruit 1 milk = Pasta (2000 cal +5) 

Sushi: 1 kg of rice 800 cal fish meat 1 mushroom = Sushi (4000 cal +4)

Pizza: 4 grains 2 tomato like things 2 milk = Pizza (4000 cal +5)

Rice Cakes: 2 kg rice 5 kg water = Rice Cakes (2000 cal +2)

Butter: 1 milk = 2 Butter (400 cal +0)

Nuggets: 2 meat 1 butter 2 grain = Nuggets (4000 cal +3)

Burger: 1 meat 3 grain 1 tomato = Burger (4000 cal +4)

Bacon: 1 meat 1 pincha peppernut 2 butter = Bacon (2000 cal +5)

Cake: 4 grain 1 milk 1000 g raw egg = Cake (4000 cal +5)

Berry Roll: 1 Bristle Blossom 2 grain 1 butter = Berry Roll (2000 cal +2) Doesn't spoil

Fried Fish: 1 raw fish 2 butter 1000 g raw egg = Fried Fish (2400 cal +3)

Pudding: 1 milk 1 bristle blossom 4 grain = pudding (2000 cal +3)

Sliders: 500 g meat 500 g mushroom 2 grain = Sliders (2000 cal +4)

Cookies: 3 grain 1 bristle blossom 1 butter = Cookies (3000 cal +4)

Those are the recipes and plants and more that could be created with the intention and demand for them. Just a few things that could improve oni a little

If you are intending to use the plural form of the word 'recipe', you should use the word 'recipes'.
