Is it possible to radiate heat into space now?

I can also confirm that there are 4 distinct templates, both viewable/placable through Debug, and observable in the world.

One template is literally just the AETN and it's 4 foundation Tiles.

Another has a Gene-lock Door on the right side, which has a section of ceiling above it, the floor extended that direction.

Then there are the 2 Ladder templates.  Both feature a Ruins Ladder immediately to the left of the AETN.  They differ at the top of the Ladder.  One of them just has some floor Tiles up there.  The other has 2 different Gene-lock Doors, with some Ruins Computers, and a couple of Lockers.

mine is default and shows heatsink_d

Eurgh, please get at least notepad++.

Those are listed under heatsinks_a, _b, and _c, but there's only those three, each which can have one of the four layouts afaik.

No no, it lists it like this:

     heatsinks_a:

Yuuup. Although, despite mine looking like this:

I still only counted 3 on the test map I generated. Then my laptop nearly melted because god dammit cooling! Or maybe lack of workload sharing. GPU and Core 1 (of 4) were at 80*C while the remaining 3 just sat there.

You will only get three because all this file does is dictate what can be in a biome, the world gen selects it from the file. You need to change a part of the default world gen to select more from the file :) For instance it is set to 3, but if u changed it to 8 then it would try to put 8 of them in :)

One thing I've been considering is a morb farm to produce free and infinite pOx, which is then used as a heat sink for a thermo-regulator before being dumped into space. It may be inefficient but it is certainly scalable, unlike geyser-based techniques.
