strideknight
Anybody know how to get Pacu happy? I didn't think they had stable size limits because... well... you can't stable them. But I tried putting a bunch in a small tank and they're all just super unhappy that they're overcrowded. Anybody know whats up with them? Dan_Daniel2000
They need 8 tiles(of liquid) each, and to get them tamed, they have to eat from a fish Feeder. Ah ha. So the size of the enclosure doesn't matter all, just the size of the liquid pool? BionicSandwich
just don´t make where you raise them a room, because you don´t need to put them in a room to keep them happy. also, don´t use pacu, they are a waste of resources. You can make them all happy in single water drop in stables Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/90671-overcrowded-pacu/#findComment-1033990 Share on other sites

Lilalaunekuh
Ok my best passiv pacu farm design for now: 24 tiles stable size with 2 pacus each and temperature control to keep everything between 10 and 20 degree C: - Pacus are just overcrowded if there is no chance that they could lay an additional egg (2 pacu + 2 eggs) -Temperature control keeps random gulp fish and tropical pacu spawns from dieing. => free meat if you never touch the pacu eggs inside (PS: I use 4 tiles of water for a stable) Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/90671-overcrowded-pacu/#findComment-1034171 Share on other sites
