Does decor affect sleeping dupes?

Will dupes gain or lose stress from decor while sleeping?  Hovering over a sleeping dupe will show a +/- stress change due to decor, but I don't know if that's just always there even when it doesn't apply, or if it does mean that the decor is affecting the while they sleep.

Yup!  Decor effects a dupe's stress levels when they are sleeping.  Best way to destress your dupes is to put paintings over the beds.

very little heat and if you have a cooling system in place then it won't affect the temp at all

Yeah don’t put lights down the 15 decor they add is not worth the heat.

The best things for high decor are metal tiles (specially gold) I would recommend spam metal tiles paintings and statues in you’re bedrooms.

Metal tiles are great for decor, but not so great for air flow.  I personally think it is easier to use paintings and use mesh tiles in the living quarters.  The painting decor goes through mesh and airflow tiles, so I get to double dip for even more decor.
