When was this, specifically which build, I want to download this version and see, was it different POI versions of geysers, or just duplicates of the same two shapes? I'm very interested to know this. Do you have a version number?

I'm not interested in that, I want to see if there are other flavors of POI spawns for geysers that I could copy over into my POI debug folder. :? Sorry off topic1

Duplicates of the same shape. There was first only steam geyser and looked differently with no neutronium under it and there where no POI.

First geysers where added in march with thermal upgrade.
And there where some problems like geysers not spawning at all or 20 geysers overlapping almost at one spot...

But I don't think you would be able to use anything of it in current version.

They looked like in this video at 0:40

What date was that released

I checked au-221697, there are more than 10 geysers( NG & steam) in a map.

No POI file available because code worked in this way.

  Geyser:
    location: Air
    selectMethod: Centroid
    density:
      min: 0.01
      max: 0.01
  MethaneGeyser:
    location: Air
    selectMethod: Centroid
    density:
      min: 0.01
      max: 0.01

And these code may not be applicable to the latest version, because the old geysers used to be like this

Last cycles i played with automation stuff (coal gen is so efficient, with power watch/overload sensor and six hatches, for coal farm) and had no need for fresh water.
Closed recycle loops are nice(optimized it) and that bit of +freshwater needed, is no biggie.
On the other side, i like to play with those gamemechanics, even when they are sometimes unlogically.
But it works nice (cooling part) and perhaps someone needs it.
