MF99K Posted October 18, 2017 Share Posted October 18, 2017 (I already mentioned the dupe generator previously in a suggestions thread, but I figured I'd go into more detail about it here) Though 30+ different dupes is definitely a good variety, I feel that adding back some of the duplicants that were available in older versions of the game (especially Longwei and Braynen) would be good, as would making Liam printable (I know his assets are in the game since I see his blue hair in the head-swap sprite sheet but the printing pod has never offered to print him.) What I think would really be great to add to the game is a way for players to create custom duplicants. Players could select and swap out shirt, skin and hair colors as well as select face variations, stress responses, and hairstyle. Depending on how the sprites are coded, it could be possible to set a hue slider control of some sort to change colors, otherwise players could select from a set of existing color options/swatches via a menu. Players could then name and add a description to their dupes and the game could save them to some file format that could be shared and downloaded by other players. Well actually klei could make simple work with changing all body parts and color and can add around 50 combination with dupe variance they have now.
