Suggestion: Gas Pressure Booster

It's really annoying making a vent somewhere only to have it clogged right away because the gas pressure is too high. What I suggest is a device to attach onto a gas pipe that will forcibly increase the gas pressure by a certain degree in exchange for power. Not only that, but I would like to be able to stack them for additional effect. Thus allowing me to have as high of an oxygen pressure as I want.

I am making this suggestion because all the sections I wanna dump polluted oxygen in my colony, already have a pressure of like 3 kilograms making it very hard for me to dispose of my polluted oxygen and chlorine.

+1 to the suggestion.  And I think it will probably happen eventually - it seems like an obvious and popular upper tech level item. 

In the meantime, have you tried liquidating the chlorine?  It's one of the easiest gases to liquify, and this greatly reduces the area it takes up.

There is a number of ways to get rid of polluted oxygen.

The most straightforward but least sustainable approach is dumping it to a room with a deodorizer. Heavy on sand but it uses game technology directly.

Another option is to dump it into a room/cavity with Pufts. They'll consume it and produce slime which your dupes can collect and destroy in bio distillers.

A little harder but useful way is freeze it into liquid oxygen, then evaporate into clean oxygen. 

Exploits and half-exploits: gas vent covered with small amount of water will allow you to compress almost any amount of gas into the room above it. Or you can fill a room, then overbuild it with tiles through corners to destroy the gas.
