asmallrabbit Posted May 27, 2017 Share Posted May 27, 2017 I can't see what else is below your screenshot, but It looks like its sealed off, so if the air pressure from the natural gas vent is greater then the air pressure above the water, it wouldn't be able to displace the gas and fall down. I would guess it will do that eventually, just give it some time. Pressure equalization in water is implemented through amount of the water in a tile, if you check a large pool you'll see there's more of it per tile with increasing depth.
