The white icon shows where I want them to go but they just ignore me. If you pause the game, and click "move to" you will sometimes see a white line showing where they are headed. If this white line exists, the "move to" command will often not work. Best thing to do is wait till they reach the end of the white line, then pause, and use the move to command. good luck!
