And I told them it's in the logs. I don't know what more I can do, especially with several duplicate threads on the very same matter floating around . And still not in English, making me really unsuitable to the task... To @kolya15551: in your log (I'd use client_chat_log.txt), find any joining announcement of a player. You will have their KU ID (an alphanumerical string) in brackets, the time of joining (relative to the server's opening time) and then their Steam nick. Does it help ? No idea why you have OU_string, but it could be related to this appearing to be a bot (wonder why though). You yourself have a KU ID, we all do, so you could just type something in the chat, exit the game, open the client_chat_log.txt and see if yours is written as OU_string rather than KU_string. Are you using some localised version of DST? Maybe it is the difference in alphabets. I guess opening the file with NotePad++ and manually changing it to KU would do, but the real question is, why is it OU in the first place? If you could explain in greater detail please, this part about your age is confusing to me. Forgive the old sop here, it's been ages since I was last faced with Russian (and failed epicly, I guess; I can say you have a big dog, but that's about it). If you need a refund, my bet would be contacting Steam or GOG, but I can't recall their stances on refunds. If you want to ban somebody, you can also use the OU.
