Edit: I have also clicked on "Collection" after I launched Don't starve Together, but I can't find an option to remove the item. In all seriousness, it's a present for sticking with Klei while DST was still in Early Access. Though I'm not sure you should have that gift if you play DST for the profit... But based on the picture you presented to us, you don't have any other game tab.... Well, is your inventory, you can do whatever you want to do with it... Its like the guy who deleted his TF2 golden frying pan that was worth more than $1000....
