A question regarding Bottle and boat Lanterns

As we know, in order to make these we need non-renewable resource - bioluminescence in fireflies. We get 100% filled lanterns, however, as a fuel Bioluminescence and fireflies give you only 40%. It means, that by crafting Bottle lantern we save 100 - 40*2 = 20% of fuel, which is 1/2 of non-renewable resource. With boat lantern, we save even more - 1 and 1/2 of fireflies. 
Yes, miner hat in the same, however, creating it is more expensive - 12 pieces of grass and one gold nugget.
Do you consider it fair that we in order to maximize our use of these resources have to create these items instead of fueling them?

Miner hat is fine because it can also be refueled with lightbulbs and slurtle slime, and these are not that hard to get. 

Boat Lantern is ok because you dont need to craft it really, you can get it from Yaarctopus.

Bottle Lantern however, no real thing to say about it. I actually don't end up using it a lot anyway.

Exactly, the only situation I'm crying for miner hat/boat lantern is during Hurricane season because the freaking Sealnado always visits me during dusk! xD

Maybe Biolumensecence could be renewable via the trawl net or being randomly given out by the Yaarctopus for trade.

OR..BioLumiensenseseseses respawns, that way we can have unlimited bottles but then again its the same thing as not having caves in DS

I've said it in another thread, but I think the best solution for renewable bioluminescence is a roll on the Chest of the Depths for 1-10 or whatever number seems balanced. It would be a challenge and not easily renewable, but renewable nonetheless
